Instructor Training
Welcome from Neville Stamford (Proprietor)
THREE SHIRES: -
Is proud of its training and pass rate.
Around 95% of our trainees achieve qualified status.
The national average for trainees qualifying last year was ONLY 28% (information taken from Driving Standards Agency figures).
One reason for our success rate is the high - class, dedicated training on offer.
My business thrives mainly from recommendations from the many satisfied and successful customers trained over the past fifteen years.
Your success supports my reputation and I can't afford to fail you.
I worked my way up through the British School of Motoring teaching learners and advanced driving.
The last few years were spent training BSM instructors.
BSM underwent changes in their structure and I felt it was time to set up Three Shires, offering training as I feel it should be. Flexible, affordable with a simple payment structure, reliable high standards - and a signed guarantee of what we offer.
An assessment will be necessary for two reasons before being accepted onto the course. Firstly, it gives you the opportunity to check out the training and see what it's all about. Secondly, not everyone is suited to becoming an instructor and I feel you should be advised accordingly before you make any financial commitments concerning training and are then either let down or disappointed.
The assessment is also a training session which can be included as part of the average number of hours a trainee undertakes. (See the section headed: part 2 Driving.)
I would like to take this opportunity to wish you every success in your training and should you decide to look at other training establishments make sure that you are satisfied with the quality, content, structure, cost and their pass rate!!
If you require any further information please do not hesitate to give me a call.
It is better to call in the evening or, if you leave a message, I will return your call as soon as possible.
