Instructor Training - Minimum Requirements
Minimum requirements of the Driving Standards Agency.
You must:
1. Hold a full British, EU or Northern Ireland car driving licence;
2. Have held it for four out of the past six years on the date you pass your final exam;
(A foreign or provisional licence held after passing the driving test is also acceptable);>
3. Have no more than six penalty points on your licence;
4. Be able to read a vehicle number plate at 27.5m (90ft).
